Maribis / Ecommerce migration, apps & website

A new platform. Control back with Maribis.

From Carrot to Dutchie, with a rebuilt website, recovered digital assets, new mobile apps and a move to Convesio hosting.

Ecommerce migrated

Carrot replaced with Dutchie across Maribis’s dispensary menus.

Digital access recovered

Helped Maribis regain control of its Apple and Google app assets.

New apps launched

Supported the Dutchie-powered iOS and Android app launches.

Website and hosting rebuilt

Rebuilt the content site and moved hosting to Convesio.

Move forward without leaving the business behind.

Maribis needed to move beyond its existing ecommerce setup, but the transition involved more than replacing a menu. Access to key digital assets remained with a previous provider, while the website, apps and hosting all needed attention.

We helped Maribis regain access, migrate from Carrot to Dutchie, rebuild its content website and launch new apps. The work brought customer-facing improvements and the systems behind them into the same transition.

From Carrot to Dutchie. Store by store.

A phased rollout connected the new menus with the website, product catalog and customer loyalty experience.

Prepare the transition

Coordinate access, catalog requirements, store setup and branding before rollout.

Connect the new destinations

Map old URLs, implement redirects and submit updated content and ecommerce sitemaps.

Rebuild the website around the new shopping experience.

A customer needed to reach the right store, browse its menu and find rewards or an app download. We coordinated the content website and the Dutchie rollout around those connected tasks.

Content website and hosting
Rebuilt the content side of the website and moved hosting from the previous provider to Convesio.
Ecommerce and catalog setup
Supported the Dutchie rollout, menu inventory and catalog setup, branding, and loyalty/SMS connections.
Migration SEO
Mapped Carrot product and category URLs to Dutchie destinations, implemented redirects, reconciled www and non-www URLs, and submitted new sitemaps.
Store information and rewards
Connected location selection, corrected store-hours display, and updated rewards pages, promotional banners and app-download links.

In this Maribis menu view, the selected Westchester location establishes the store context, categories support product browsing, and the rewards balance and tier keep loyalty visible. Dutchie powers the shopping experience; AV Social Strategies supported its rollout and the surrounding website connections.

Recover access. Get the new apps into customers’ hands.

We helped Maribis recover and reestablish access to its Apple and Google app assets, then coordinated with Dutchie to launch the new iOS and Android apps.

The Android work included recovering the original developer account, coordinating the upload-key reset and app upload, and testing store selection, medical/recreational switching and shopping paths. Website download links and banners connected customers to the launched apps.

Connect each dispensary with its local customers.

After the platform transition, a location-by-location Google Business Profile audit gave the team priorities for store information, profile links and review management.

We also created location-specific QR window clings for menus and Google reviews across Archer, Denver, Lindbergh and Westchester, connecting the in-store visit with each location’s online presence.

What the transition changed for Maribis.

The starting problem crossed several systems: a previous provider held important access, the menus needed to move, and the website and apps had to connect customers to the new setup. The delivered work addressed those dependencies together.

  1. A store-specific path to shopping

Location selection, corrected hours and menu destinations connected the content website with the relevant Dutchie experience. Redirect work addressed old Carrot product and category links.

  2. Access behind the customer experience

Recovering Apple and Google app access enabled the coordinated app launches. AV Social Strategies tested Android store selection, medical/recreational switching and shopping paths as part of that work.

  3. A connected route back

Rewards pages, promotional banners, app-download links and location-specific QR materials connected the website, apps and store visit.

The documented outcomes are the migrated menus, recovered access, rebuilt content website and launched apps. This case does not quantify a revenue or conversion lift, or attribute Dutchie’s commerce platform to AV Social Strategies.
