Experience from inside the business.

Abraham’s work in legal cannabis began in 2013 and spans major operators, advocacy and community building. He later won licenses, opened and operated two dispensaries, and sold them. That experience informs the questions we ask about customers, operations and the systems behind a website.

Abraham leads AV Social Strategies and personally delivers consulting. Rebecca leads agency operations. Together with our strategy, creative and engineering team, they connect business priorities with the work needed to carry them out.

Your business knowledge is part of the work.

Your team knows the customers, products and services. We turn that knowledge into websites buyers can use, search content that answers their questions and campaigns built around business goals.

How we work
with your team.

You should be able to see what is being delivered, understand the decisions ahead and know who is responsible. We agree on scope, review points and handoff responsibilities before work begins.

Start a conversation
  1. Understand the situation.

We start with what has changed in your business, what you have tried and where you need help. If a deeper assessment is needed before recommending the work, we explain that step and its scope first.

A shared understanding of the problem and the next step.

  2. Agree on the work.

Before work begins, we agree scope, investment, timing and fixed constraints. We name the final approver, the person consolidating feedback and the people responsible for implementation.

Clear expectations about what is included and who is involved.

  3. Make progress visible.

Reviews connect the work to customer evidence and business goals. If opinions differ, we compare options against those goals and agreed constraints; your named approver makes the final decision.

Work you can review and decisions your team can act on.

  4. Plan what happens next.

We agree what AV Social Strategies will implement, what your team owns and what depends on another provider. New priorities or ongoing support are scoped before changing the plan.

A useful handoff and a clear place for the next priority.

Experience you can
see in the work.

Our projects connect websites with the way a business attracts customers, handles inquiries and sells. These examples show the scope and results behind that approach.

Before we work together.

What kinds of businesses are a good fit for AV Social Strategies?

AV Social Strategies focuses on privately held cannabis and B2B businesses whose website needs to support their next stage of growth. That includes dispensaries, cannabis brands and ancillary providers, as well as companies selling products or services to other businesses. Fit depends on the problem, scope and the people available to move the work forward.

Can you improve our existing WordPress website?

Yes. AV Social Strategies can help with focused improvements as well as complete rebuilds and migrations. We review the current website, customer journey and technical constraints before recommending the scope. A rebuild is appropriate when the existing foundation cannot reasonably support what the business needs.

Can you work alongside our internal team?

Yes. We agree on the responsibilities, required access, content and review points with your team before work begins. Abraham personally delivers consulting; design, development and ongoing work are scoped around the expertise the engagement needs.

How are website ownership and access handled?

Ownership, account access and handoff responsibilities are clarified as part of the scope. We identify what your team will manage and which hosting, software or third-party subscriptions need to stay active. Ongoing support is defined separately when needed.

What happens after we send an inquiry?

AV Social Strategies will respond within 2 business days to your initial inquiry. Share your current website, the main problem, any important timing and the budget range you are considering. We will discuss fit and a practical next step; if further assessment is needed, we will explain its scope first.

Could we work well together?

A useful working relationship starts with shared expectations. Tell us about the situation and the people involved.
