Frequently Asked Questions
What You Might Want to Know First
What kind of businesses do you work with?
We mostly partner with service-based businesses, retail brands, e-commerce shops, and companies looking to aggressively improve their online presence. If your website needs to look better, run faster, or show up higher in search—we can probably help.
Are there any businesses you don’t work with?
Yes. We’re not the right fit for businesses looking for the cheapest option, expecting overnight results, or don’t have the budget to seriously invest in their digital presence.
We also don’t work with MLMs, crypto, gambling, or businesses that go against our Good Fit policy.
If you’re committed to growth and value transparency and respect for others, we’ll get along great.
How much does a typical project cost?
Most projects fall between $5,000–$30,000 depending on complexity, goals, and what already exists. We’ll give you a ballpark range after the first call and a fixed proposal once we’ve mapped out the scope.
Do you only build new websites, or can you fix my current one?
We do both. If your current site can be salvaged or optimized, we’ll let you know. If it’s more cost-effective to start fresh, we’ll tell you that too—with transparency about why.
Do you offer ongoing support or just one-time projects?
We offer both. Some clients just need a one-time build or SEO audit. Others stay with us long-term for ongoing optimization, content updates, local SEO management, or tech support.
What happens after I submit the form?
We’ll review your info and respond within 1–2 business days. If it’s a fit, we’ll set up a call to talk through your goals and lay out a clear path forward—no pressure, no jargon.
