Website design & development

A website for the business you’ve become.

Turn a website you’ve outgrown into one buyers can use and your sales team can rely on. We bring strategy, copy, design and development together to help customers understand your offer, trust your expertise and inquire or buy.

Buyers should see
what makes you worth choosing.

Your sales team knows why customers choose you. Your website should make that case before someone picks up the phone: the problems you solve, the work you’ve done and how to get started.

Visitors should be able to find the right service or product, understand why it fits their needs and take the next step without hunting for answers. We organize your content and navigation around those decisions, with direct paths to inquire, book or buy.

A new design is only part of the job. We plan the content, search visibility, migration and sales connections together, then build and check that journey before launch.

Before committing to a rebuild, compare when to redesign and when to improve the website you have.

Shape the website around

A clear next step

Connect your website
to HubSpot.

A useful inquiry needs a clear place to go. We connect website forms with HubSpot and plan the handoff from first contact to your team’s follow-up.

Already using HubSpot? We start with your current setup, the information your team needs and the gaps in the customer journey.

Forms, field mapping, routing and any automation are agreed around your HubSpot plan and existing tools.

  1. Capture useful context.

Choose the form fields that help your team understand the inquiry, without asking the visitor for more than you need.

  2. Connect the CRM record.

Map the agreed website information to HubSpot so the contact and their request arrive with the context your team needs.

  3. Give follow-up an owner.

Define routing, notifications and the next action. Test the handoff with your team before it becomes part of everyday work.

Build around what customers need to do.

Decide what buyers need to find, understand and act on. Use those answers to shape the pages and inquiry paths the website needs.

Before design
Agree the audiences, page structure, content responsibilities and customer tasks the site must support.
Before launch
Test the important journeys, including the inquiry, confirmation and handoff to the receiving team.
At handover
Confirm access, publishing responsibilities, launch checks and the plan for ongoing work.

Built on the platform
that fits.

For privately held cannabis and B2B businesses that need flexible content and lead-generation workflows, WordPress is often our starting point. Commerce requirements can point to Shopify or BigCommerce; we confirm the fit against the actual buying and operating tasks.

Already using one of these platforms? We’ll assess what can stay, what needs to change and whether a move makes sense.

Bring products, collections and the shopping journey together. We consider the customer experience alongside the day-to-day work of managing your store.

BigCommerce

Commerce that connects to your business.

What your team prepares before launch

For an active website project

Finish the connections together.

You do not need this ready for the first conversation. Once the scope is agreed, we identify which inputs the build and launch depend on.

Content and assets
Confirm final copy, approved images and permission to publish or offer files for download.
Business details
Check products, services, locations, hours and the destinations for shopping, careers or wholesale inquiries.
Access and providers
Arrange the relevant website, domain and integration access, with a contact for any external provider.
Inquiries and tracking
Confirm the recipient, required information and follow-up owner. Review test delivery and agreed measurement together.
Review and ownership
Name the person who consolidates feedback, signs off the agreed work and owns routine updates after handoff.

Open items stay visible in the launch plan, with an owner and a decision needed. Launch timing follows the agreed scope and readiness checks.

A few things you may be wondering.

Do we need to replace the entire website?

Not always. We first look at what prevents the current site from doing its job. If the structure and platform can support what you need, focused improvements may make more sense. If they cannot, we explain the case for a rebuild.

What determines the project’s cost and timeline?

The page structure, content work, functionality, integrations and migration requirements shape the estimate. We also account for access and review dependencies. You receive a scope and milestones before committing, with changes to cost or timing discussed before additional work begins.

Who is responsible for copy, images and approvals?

We agree what AV Social Strategies will create and what your team will supply. You provide business expertise, accurate offer details and approved assets; we can develop copy and design within scope. A designated reviewer consolidates feedback and approves the work before publication.

Does a build include migration and integrations?

They are included when specified in the proposal. We identify the content and URLs that need to move, the systems that need to connect, and any third-party dependencies. The scope assigns implementation and testing responsibilities before development begins.

What training and support do we receive at handoff?

We agree the walkthrough and documentation your team needs for routine updates, account access and site ownership. The proposal identifies any included launch support. Continuing maintenance, SEO and further development are defined separately so you know who handles the site afterward.
