In an effort to overhaul its website presence, POSRG missed a few steps during its migration, resulting in a 90% loss of website traffic and rankings that struggled to regain favor on search engines.
Further, POSRG’s Website Was:
1. Improperly migrated due to permalink structures being changed without subsequently creating 301 redirects to preserve traffic.
2. Not adequately maintained, leaving their website to underperform due to outdated content, plugins, themes and code.
3. Lacking proper analytics, making it hard for POSRG to understand where its visitors, clicks and leads were coming from.
