1. Built on a Custom Antilles Site which made it very difficult for Share to manage in-house since they did not have a digital marketing team or partner to help them navigate the website.
2. Not Coming up in Search for terms related to “dispensary near me” or showing up for hundreds of products across a wide range of categories, brands and products. They were practically invisible and getting crushed by their competitors out of the gate.
3. Difficult to navigate, not e-com forward or responsive on mobile phones and hand-held tablet devices.
